矿井主排水管道射流除垢喷嘴参数优化研究

Parametric Optimization for Jet Descaling Nozzle of Mine Main Drainage Pipeline

摘要: 以用于矿井主排水管道射流除垢的圆锥收敛型喷嘴为研究对象,利用Fluent软件对喷嘴内部流场进行数值模拟,得到了喷嘴内部轴向的压力、湍流动能和速度变化曲线及出口射流速度等仿真结果。通过结果的对比分析,得出了最优的喷嘴参数。结果表明:收缩角在10°~20°之间,长径比为2时为最佳匹配参数,此参数喷嘴的内部压力梯度变化平稳,并具有较好的射流速度和流动稳定性。仿真分析结果为射流除垢喷嘴的结构设计提供了一定的理论依据。

Abstract: Nozzle is the main actuator of high pressure water jet system. By taking conical convergent nozzle used for descaling in mine main drainage pipelines as the research object, the fluid field of internal nozzle is simulated by Fluent software. Results of axial pressure,turbulent kinematic energy and velocity are obtained by simulation. Through analysis of the results, the optimum parameters of nozzle are verified. The results show that the contraction angle that is between 〖10〗^° and 〖20〗^° and the length﹣diameter aspect ratio that is equal to 2 are the best matching parameters. Nozzle which is designed on the basis of the optimum parameters has stable pressure gradient, the optimal jet velocity gradient and stability of fluid flow. The simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the structrual design of jet descaling nozzle.
